Congo Camp 2010

To start off the week, Arts & Crafts had campers molding bowls out of clay.

From a thick slab of clay to a beautiful bowl, the campers started off by rolling their clay into a ball. After making the ball, they then formed the bowl by pressing into the center of the bowl.

Once the bowl was formed, they started to make designs on the side of the bowl. The designs varied from a line or two to an intricate pattern.

The campers loved getting to get hands on with their clay crafts and their finished products will show their great work.
