Well, it may not be the holidays, but at Outdoor Ed today, the campers got to help with the roasting of bananas on the fire.
Wrapping the bananas in aluminum foil the bananas heated up and created a delicious treat. The campers enjoyed learning how to properly roast the bananas, and even got to use the skills they learned earlier this week on how to keep a fire aflame.
Outdoor ed has been helping the campers learn the value of being outdoors and of how to enjoy the nature that surrounds us every day.
