Congo Camp 2010

The Yoga Campers relaxing before a new position.

"Show the many postures you have learned in Yoga camp!".  Our Yoga Campers have learned many postures and poses over the first week of Congo Camp and started off the second week by practicing these.

One of the games that play actually involves the "telephone" position.  This position requires one to bring a foot up to the side of the head as if it were a telephone. 

Once the foot is in position, the campers then pretend to talk to each other through their foot.  It is quite an interesting game to watch and an even more interesting posture to see our campers be able to accomplish. 

The Yoga campers enjoyed a nice relaxing morning and we are excited to see the other positions they continue to learn over the course of the second week!
