Breathing Exercises then Perfecting Postures

The aforementioned items are some of the daily to-dos in Yoga Camp.  These campers are probably some of the most relaxed we have seen this summer. 

They start off their mornings with breathing exercises to get their minds and bodies calm and centered.  After some time of these exercises, they take a small break before getting started with the next major part of their day.

Yoga stretches and postures occur following snack and these young Yoga campers do excellently at the various positions. 

We enjoy seeing the peaceful and calm energy emanating from the Yoga camp room and we are excited to see how well the campers get at their postures.
